THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK OR YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. We arrived at 2pm and got ghosted. No replies to emails or calls. We were left in the cold stairwell. The lazy staff finally replied after 1 hour and said "oh you didn't tell me what time you were arriving". Unfortunately I still got charged 1 night stay for over 130 euros.

The location is great, staff tries their very best, However the rooms were not as Expected. Moulds in bathrooms, bar fridge not working, wifi not working , weak Air conditioning. We were travelling with another couple and their rooms were same. Staff transferred us to another room which was better but moulds were everywhere in the showers. As mentioned staff does their very best , but this situation appears to be how the ho5el is being managed and administers

I found Sweet Dreams Roma online, was traveling with my two twenty something kids. This hotel was FANTASTIC!!!! Giovanni greeted us with open arms...gave us a map of Rome, told us fabulous restaurants to go to that weren't on the tourist lists plus places to see that the average tourist would miss. The room was perfect - we got 3 twin XL beds, large comfortable room with large bathroom, more than comfortable for the 3 of us. Very clean, quiet, refrigerator in room. Everything we could need and then some! I HIGHLY recommend Sweet Dreams Roma!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2020. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owner who was fantastic and gave us a map and pinpointed all the Rome sights and recommended places to eat. Our room was the suite of Angeli. In the room we had a clean modern shower room, with a big shower. The room itself had a comfy bed, coffee machine (all coffee included), minibar (didn't use, but drinks €2 each), wardrobe and a safe. It was very nicely decorated. The room was situated at the rear of the property, which was good because it meant we were away from the road noise. After arrival you will probably not see the owners again, so if you need a manned reception area then this place isn't for you. (they do provide WhatsApp numbers for messaging if needed though). Overall it was a very enjoyable place to stop but there could be a couple improvements. 1) The pillows are not going to be to everyone's standards as they are quite low and hard and you only get one each. 2) In our room the curtains could do with updating as they didn't completely cover the windows and had to be moved about a bit to get a good fit. Would very much recommend staying here for a great location, as it's close to all sights, bars, cafes and ristorantis.

Giovanni and his wife are the absolute best. Always available by text or call if you need them. On our first day Giovanni gave us a map of Rome and went through every region telling us the best places for drinks or dinner or pizza. We took his advice on a lot of places and were never steered wrong. So happy we found this little place!
